Cloud9 have revealed the updated starting roster for their Overwatch team, revealing that three established players are benched while three new faces come in.

Greg "Grego" McAllen, Derrick "reaver" Nowicki, and Kevin "deBett" deBettencourt are the three players benched, and Cloud9 claims their off time will be used to "discuss what their plans will be moving forward" and that "anyone interested in working with them should feel free to contact us at Cloud9 for more details."

The three new faces, however, are Lucas "Mendokusaii" Håkansson, Ruben "ryb" Ljungdahl and Randal "Roolf" Stark. Mendokusaii is the new starting DPS player and has been at SK Gaming and FaZe, playing a wide range of heroes. An ex-Misfits player, ryb takes the starting Tank position, and you may remember him from being part of the team that defeated EnVyUs at the ELEAGUE Overwatch Open. Roolf is the Support role, however, and at the same open as ryb he proved his ability, especially with Zenyatta.

Danan Flander, Cloud9's General Manager, commented: "Overwatch has been a passion for us since day one. We've spent countless hours to stay at the top of the competitive scene from beta and beyond since the game's competitive scene inception. Today's changes are another step towards maintaining and elevating the success we've seen since first acquiring the Google Me roster."

How good do you think these new additions will be?
